Privacy Policy

This English version is a translation for convenience. If anything differs, the Indonesian version prevails.

This policy explains what data CV. Selalu Senang Bercerita collects through apps.labstory.id and how we use it, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

Data we collect

For purchases we store only three pieces of personal data: name, email, and WhatsApp number.

Alongside them we record transaction details: product, amount, and payment status.
Fotolane purchases also store the device code and the name for the license (it is printed inside the app) — needed to issue your license key.
Desktop app crash reports are sent only after you press "Send report" in the app. They contain: the app version, operating system and version, CPU core count, RAM, the error message and stack trace, the last ~8 KB of the process log (your user name in file paths is replaced with <user>, but folder/file names such as an event name may remain), an optional note from you, a random install ID (not derived from your device), and the hashed IP used for rate limiting. We use them only to fix bugs and delete them automatically after 90 days.
When you send feedback, we store its content (and your email if you provide it).
To prevent spam, IP addresses are stored only as a random hash that cannot be read back.
We do not store card, bank account, or PIN data — payments are processed by your own bank/e-wallet app via QRIS.

What we use it for

Processing purchases, delivering products and license keys, and providing support.
Finding and fixing bugs (crash reports).
Contacting you about your order or the feedback you sent.
Administrative and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Storage & security

All data is stored on our server in Southeast Asia, backed up daily, and accessible only to Labstory's administrators. Transaction records are kept as long as tax rules require; other data can be deleted at any time on request.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data — including crash reports you sent — at hello@labstory.id. For a crash report, include the date it was sent and the app version.
