This English version is a translation for convenience. If anything differs, the Indonesian version prevails.

These are the rules for buying and using products on apps.labstory.id. The site is run by Labstory (CV. Selalu Senang Bercerita), Semarang, Indonesia — referred to below as "we".

By buying or using our products, you agree to the terms below.

1. Products

Desktop apps — downloadable software. A purchase grants a license to use it, not ownership of the source code.
Digital services — services or web pages we prepare for you as described on the product page.
Invoices — payment for work or services agreed separately with Labstory.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and final when the invoice is created.
Payment uses QRIS. For manually confirmed payments, the amount may include a unique code (max. Rp 999) to identify the transaction; this code is part of the price.
Invoices have a time limit. Payments made after an invoice expires are still processed — contact us with the invoice code.

3. Delivery

Desktop apps: the download link and license key (if any) appear on the payment page once paid. Keep that page address.
Digital services: delivered according to the delivery note on the payment page / the agreement.

4. App licenses

The number of devices per license differs per app and is stated on its product page.
Fotolane: one license covers up to 2 devices.
Reselling, sharing license keys, or reverse engineering the apps is not allowed.
Updates are provided according to each product's policy.

5. Limitation of liability

The apps are provided as is. We work to fix reported bugs, but are not liable for indirect losses from using them. Always back up important files before batch processing.
