No cable? Watch the memory card folder: every new photo is resized right away and split into odd / even.
For photos you already have: pick files or a folder, press Process photos, done — odd/even sorting included.
Take the first few seconds under a size limit (default 3 seconds, 720p, < 15 MB), or convert a whole video to MP4 at the original quality.
Tested with real cameras. Other LUMIX, Canon and Nikon models will most likely work, but that isn’t guaranteed; Sony and Fujifilm depend on the manufacturer’s SDK model list. Try it first with the 500-photo trial.

Try 500 photos free first to make sure it runs on your device (requirements — Macs must be Apple Silicon). Your device code is in Fotolane → Activate. The license key appears on the payment page once paid and is emailed to you — activation works offline.
Yes. Fotolane only reads your originals and writes results to a new folder — nothing is overwritten or deleted. The one exception is the USB Camera option “Keep original photos” if you turn it off yourself, and even then only once the result exists and the camera keeps a copy on the card.
Photo processing and key activation work offline. Internet is used to buy/renew, check for updates, and send crash reports if you agree.
By default the longest side is 1441 pixels at quality 92 — camera photos usually end up a few hundred KB (a real LUMIX S5IIX example: 6.3 MB → 148 KB). You can change this in Settings.
JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, BMP and TIFF. HEIC isn’t supported yet — switch your camera/iPhone to JPEG first. Camera metadata & orientation are preserved.
